Old Bend Neighborhood Association
The Old Bend Neighborhood Association (OBNA) is the smallest neighborhood association within city limits, and it sits at the very heart of Bend, Oregon. Residential homes, vacation properties, and multiple businesses comprise the Old Bend District. These streets are critical links for bikers, pedestrians, water surfers, concertgoers, residential traffic, and through traffic all year long.
Whether you are visiting, a new resident, or a long-term resident, welcome to the Old Bend Neighborhood Association. Our vision is to ensure safe, livable streets for our families and community. Our goal is to keep our community connected, while representing the neighborhood we cherish. OBNA is represented by an all-volunteer Board of Directors.
Where do you live?
Bend has 13 neighborhood associations. Any member of our community who is 18 years or older and lives, works, or owns property within our neighborhood is already considered a member!
Sign up with OBNA to stay informed about:
- Planning & development in our neighborhood

Thanks for Being an Engaged Neighbor!
Let’s engage with our neighbors, our city, and our city council members. We all represent our neighborhood. Together, let’s find out all the good we can do.
